Background-

American Hospital Dubai (AHD) and HEI Global Health have formed a strategic partnership to build and roll out RevOptix, HEI’s AI-powered revenue cycle and patient accounting intelligence platform.

The signing names AHD, a Mayo Clinic Care Network member, as the inaugural Alpha Partner for the platform. Brian Raggett, Senior Vice President of Strategy and Growth at HEI, and Rohit Gandhi, Group Chief Financial Officer at AHD, marked the signing.

HEI will deploy its Revenue Cycle Software Suite at AHD. The suite uses artificial intelligence, workflow automation, predictive analytics and real-time operational intelligence to strengthen financial performance, streamline revenue cycle operations and improve the patient financial experience.

As Alpha Partner, AHD will work directly with HEI’s product, engineering and executive teams to build and test new features in a live hospital setting. The hospital will also get early access to next-generation technologies and help shape future product upgrades.

Sherif Beshara, Group CEO of AHD, said the hospital group is committed to using innovative technologies that lift operational performance and patient experience. He said the collaboration lets AHD share its operational expertise and help build solutions that will shape the future of revenue cycle management.

Aaron Habben, CEO of HEI, called AHD an ideal Alpha Partner and a key part of the company’s Middle East strategy. He said the work will give HEI real-world insights for measurable regional results. Both will also run joint customer success work, research and best-practice sharing.
