Tech964 Holding Limited (T964), Iraq’s leading digital infrastructure company, has joined forces with Uptime Institute in a strategic partnership designed to speed up Iraq’s digital transformation.

The agreement was signed at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s U.S.-Iraq Business Summit in Washington, D.C., during the official U.S. visit of Iraqi Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaidi, a summit that produced more than 50 agreements worth over $60 billion between the two countries.

Under the deal, T964 becomes Uptime Institute’s business partner in Iraq, working together to advance data centre standards, build professional capacity and strengthen resilient digital infrastructure nationwide.

T964 operates at the core of Iraq’s digital economy, investing in carrier-neutral data centres, telecommunications infrastructure, cloud enablement, cybersecurity, fintech infrastructure and AI-ready digital platforms for the government, enterprise and financial sectors.

Ali El Akabi, Chief Executive Officer of T964, called the partnership a defining milestone in the company’s mission to build Iraq’s digital future, noting that combining Uptime Institute’s global standards with T964’s national platform would position Iraq as a credible digital hub linking the Middle East with global technology markets.

Mustapha Louni, Chief Business Officer of Uptime Institute, said T964’s ambition and execution matched the scale of Iraq’s opportunity, adding that the partnership would bring global standards to a market entering a defining phase of digital growth.
