Emaar Misr for Development has picked BDO Keys Financial Consulting S.A.E. to value its shares and those of Sky Tower for Real Estate Development, and to set the exchange ratio between the two firms, a company disclosure shows.
The board backed the choice by a unanimous vote. The valuation and swap ratio will shape Emaar Misr’s plan to buy the remaining 75% of Sky Tower, which would take its stake to as much as 100%.
Shareholders cleared the acquisition through a share swap at an extraordinary general assembly in 2024. Emaar Misr will pay for the stake with shares under that route, and the ratio fixes how many shares each side receives.
The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) has BDO Keys on its register as an independent financial adviser. The firm will carry out both the valuation and the ratio work.
On results, Emaar Misr posted consolidated profit after tax attributable to the parent of EGP 5.555 billion in the first half of 2026. That figure rose 41.93% from EGP 3.914 billion in the first half of 2025. The gain reflects consolidated results for the six-month period.
Emaar Misr began operations in 2007 and develops real estate. Its portfolio spans residential villages and communities, business centers, malls and shopping complexes, villas, townhouses and apartments. Its projects cover both commercial and residential development.
