Background
BitDelta Securities Financial Services LLC has cleared the final stage of its UAE regulatory process, securing full Category 5 Arrangement and Advice approval from the Capital Market Authority.
The step follows an earlier In-Principal Approval stage and shows the firm has satisfied its capital, governance and operational setup requirements.
With approval now in hand, the firm has begun operating from its office in Business Bay, Dubai, giving it a lasting regulated presence in one of the world’s fastest growing financial hubs.
Under the framework, BitDelta Securities can operate as a regulated Introducing Broker, connecting eligible investors with licensed international brokers across foreign exchange, commodities, precious metals, equities, bonds and futures.
Its role stays introductory only, since it does not hold client funds, execute trades or provide advice beyond its license.
Group CEO Dr Demetrios Zamboglou called the approval a defining moment for the firm, saying it reflects a push toward a compliant, disciplined business in the UAE, backed by a dedicated Dubai team working under the Capital Market Authority’s direct oversight.
The Business Bay office will function as BitDelta Securities’ hub for the UAE and wider GCC region, housing teams for onboarding, compliance, regulatory affairs and partner relations as the firm works toward becoming a trusted regulated introducing broker in the region.
