Mira Developments has introduced Richmond District, a branded residential project in Dubai’s Al Furjan area, as part of the company’s push into the city’s luxury property market. The project brings together six towers housing residential, office and lifestyle spaces within a single community.

The project was launched on April 2 at a Grand Unveiling event that drew more than 4,000 guests, far exceeding initial expectations and pointing to solid demand for branded residential developments in Dubai.

Richmond District was developed in collaboration with luxury fashion label John Richmond, bringing together fashion-driven design and contemporary urban living. The master plan covers five residential towers, one office tower and a shared podium built around wellness, water features and everyday convenience.

The development sits in Al Furjan, next to Discovery Gardens Metro Station, with easy access to Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and Downtown Dubai, making it well placed for both residents and investors.

Design highlights include adaptive mashrabiya-style windows and shutters that give residents control over light, privacy and airflow while improving energy efficiency. The architectural concept was developed with Marco Casamonti of Archea Associati.

Residents will also have access to fitness areas, outdoor sports zones, yoga spaces, retail outlets and cafés, alongside concierge support, valet parking and cleaning services aimed at delivering a hotel-style living experience.

With Richmond District, Mira Developments said it plans to grow its portfolio of branded communities across the Middle East and Europe, strengthening its foothold in the premium property segment.
