HRE Development was founded to create world-class properties that serve as transformative spaces for residents and businesses. Originally a construction firm with more than twenty years of technical expertise, HRE evolved in 2021 into a full-scale real estate developer, responding to the UAE’s soaring market and visionary goals.
What differentiates HRE company from others operating in the real estate ecosystem across the UAE?
HRE stands out for its rare blend of legacy craftsmanship and forward-thinking innovation. With a fully in-house construction team, we control every detail – ensuring precision, efficiency, and accountability. Our value driven approach includes strategic partnerships with organisations like Dubai Cares and Awqaf Dubai, allowing us to build with both conscience and creativity.
How has HRE organization adapted to the changing urban, economic, and demographic shifts in the region? What strategic pillars drive company expansion?
As Dubai and the UAE evolve, we stay agile by focusing on innovation, sustainability, and purpose. We incorporate smart tech and eco-conscious design into our projects, while making community investments like our AED 30 million Dubai Cares commitment. This triple focus helps us develop future ready spaces shaped for today’s demands.
Which sectors—residential, commercial, luxury, or mixed-use—do you see as the most promising, and how is HRE aligning itself with that opportunity?
I think residential and mixed-use developments show the most potential, especially in the mid- to premium segments. With more international residents arriving every month, demand is shifting toward lifestyle oriented living. Our designs meet that need by offering not just homes, but meaningful experiences and strong communities.
In what ways is HRE integrating sustainability and ESG practices into development planning, construction, and community engagement?
Sustainability is built into every phase, from design to execution. We apply energy efficient systems, comply with green building codes, and use resource conscious materials. Our social responsibility goes beyond regulatory requirements, proactively supporting regional and global upliftment.
With the increasing demand for smart cities and tech-integrated properties, how is HRE leveraging innovation to future-proof its offerings?
We see technology as essential to relevance and resilience. Our developments feature smart home automation, AI-driven security, and centralised building management systems. But it’s not just about devices. We create adaptable spaces with modular layouts and communal zones that evolve with residents’ needs.
What values define your leadership philosophy, and how do they translate into organizational culture and client engagement?
Leadership at HRE is rooted in reputation, purpose, and real connection which are all values instilled by our Chairman Mr. Mohamed Adeeb Hijazi who ensures operational integrity through decades of excellence.
Also, as CEO, I bring a unique storytelling lens from my media and entrepreneurial background, seeing each project as a narrative with clients and communities as central characters.
Together, we have built a culture of transparency, trust, and long-term relationships which is reflected in how we collaborate internally and engage with clients.
